Find your promotional space
This platform makes it easy to find the right promotional space for your product or service. There are a number of ways to search:
- Enter a location of your choice, and a concept if you wish, to see the available options. You can now easily filter them with additional criteria.
- Browse through the listings or display the promotional spaces that are free on the date you require.
- Find out which promotional spaces are available at your preferred Swiss Post branch.
Create an account
Once you have found the right promotional space for you, you are just one step away from booking. Click “Register” and create a personal account. You will be prompted to create a project template, this makes it easy and straightforward to book spaces.
Booking
Instant booking
Most Pop-up Promo Light spaces, dispensers, flyers and meeting rooms can be booked by instant booking. This booking is binding and payment is made immediately by credit card, Swiss Post debit card, or by invoice if authorized.
Booking requests
Some Pop-up Promo Light spaces, dispensers, flyers and consulting booth bookings must be approved manually by the branch in question. These types of bookings are binding, and payment is made immediately upon request by credit card, Swiss Post debit card, or if available by invoice. Here’s what to do:
Click the “Start booking request” button 1. Choose your project template and add any additional information required 2. Click “Go to payment” and complete the payment information 3. Click “Send” to submit the binding booking
Once the booking request has been accepted, you will be notified and receive a booking confirmation.
Inquiries
Pop-up boxes and Pop-up Promo Premium are set up to receive non-binding inquiries. Here’s what to do:
- Click the “Send inquiry” button
- Choose your project template and add any additional information required
- Click through to payment and complete the payment information
- Click “Send” to submit the binding booking
You will now be contacted by the relevant person. Once the details have been clarified, you will receive an offer you can use to confirm the booking and pay by credit card, Swiss Post debit card, or by invoice if authorized.
Booking on site
You can also book promotional spacesat your Swiss Post branch. Please contact your branch if you wish to do so. Our staff will be happy to help you create an account, and can make bookings for you. If you book on site, you can also pay in cash or by debit card.
Payment
The payment is processed securely via the Stripe platform. For booking requests, payments are preauthorized as soon as the request is sent. Once the request is accepted (automated or manual), the payment is authorized. For non-binding inquiries, an offer is sent asking the customer to complete the payment details. Accepting this offer and providing the payment information authorizes the payment.
Payment by invoice
Payment by invoice is also possible. This requires a valid billing relationship with Swiss Post. You can make an application here. If you have a billing relationship, you can use the application form to apply for payment by invoice.
Invoices
Invoices for bookings are generated automatically and can be found in the inbox.
Postponement
Unfortunately, it is not possible to postpone a booking yourself. In the event of a postponement, please leave a message in the inbox. The person responsible will then be happy to help you.
Cancellation and refund
Bookings cancelled up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start of the rental period will be refunded at 50% (after deduction of fees). All cancellations must be made in writing by 12 noon CET (Central European Time) on the relevant day. If the landlord cancels the booking, no charges are incurred by the tenant. A cancellation fee of 4% is always charged if the tenant cancels a booking. If the landlord cancels, the tenant is not charged the 4%. Please make sure you have defined a payment method in your account to ensure prompt repayment of refunds.
How your advertising campaign works
On the day of the promotion, please contact the staff at the branch you have booked. Please note the relevant branch opening hours. You must use, set up and remove the promotional materials yourself.
